This is the 21st post in a daily series. Read about it here and see the list of previous posts here. A new post about “Star Wars” will be posted every day for 40 days leading up to the franchise’s 40th birthday on May 25th.
Earlier this year, Bad Lip Reading uploaded a parody of “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” The video had 1 million views before YouTube removed the video because of a copyright claim by Dramatists Play Service. But the video was restored after Dramatists Play Service said that claim was “erroneous.”
The video was a special Bad Lip Reading video because it featured Mark Hamill doing a dead-on Harrison Ford impression as Han Solo.
“THE FORCE AWAKENS: A Bad Lip Reading”
You hear it, right? Uncanny.
The video continued in the tradition of the previous Bad Lip Reading videos parodying the original “Star Wars” trilogy. Those videos had included Jack Black, Bill Hader, and Maya Rudolph.

“THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK: A Bad Lip Reading”
“RETURN OF THE JEDI: A Bad Lip Reading”
Additionally, Bad Lip Reading made a lyric video based on the first “Star Wars” movie…
“BUSHES OF LOVE” — Extended Lyric Video
…and one that combined clips from a few of the films.
“NOT THE FUTURE” — Extended Lyric Video
But the best of the lyric videos that the Bad Lip Reading crew made based on “Star Wars” was this one, which expanded Yoda’s song from the video for “The Empire Strikes Back.”

I mean, seriously. Try not to have that song stuck in your head for the rest of the day.
